AI asks first1. Who runs Nyatabi
Nyatabi is built and run by Innei, an independent developer, not a company. In this policy, “we” means Innei, who decides how the personal data described here is used.

2. What stays on your device
You can use Nyatabi without an account. Ledgers, expenses, plans and receipt photos are stored in the app's storage on your iPhone and are not sent to us.
Some features use your device directly: the camera and photo library when you add a receipt, and nearby-device discovery when you invite someone in person. Nearby distance is used only to find the other device.
3. What we collect when you sign in
When you sign in with Apple, LobeHub or email, we store the following so the app can sync, share and run Musubi. We use it to provide the app and to personalise Musubi's answers. We don't use it for advertising.

4. Musubi and AI
Before Musubi sends anything off your device for the first time, the app tells you what will be sent and to whom, and asks for your permission. If you decline, you can still add expenses by hand.
- Nyatabi Cloud (default): your message, attached photos and the context Musubi needs are processed on our servers and sent to [AI PROVIDERS].
- LobeHub: requests go to LobeHub and the model provider you choose there, under LobeHub's terms.
Musubi only drafts. Nothing is written to your ledger until you confirm it. Withdraw permission in Settings › AI. Cloud withdrawal applies to your account on every device.

6. Keeping and deleting
We keep your cloud ledgers, chats, photos and saved memories while your account exists, or until you delete them. Usage records are removed after 15 days.
When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your private chats, photos, memories and AI permissions, and ledgers only you were in. Ledgers you shared stay available to the other members. Your devices are signed out.

7. Your choices
In the app you can export a ledger, delete messages and memories, withdraw AI permission, turn off location, and delete your account. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data at musubicho@innei.in. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights: [REGION-SPECIFIC RIGHTS].
8. Children
Nyatabi is not directed at children under [AGE], and we don't knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes and contact
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app before it applies. Earlier versions stay available on this page.
