1. The agreement
By using Nyatabi you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. Apple's standard licence terms also apply to apps from the App Store.
2. Your account
You can use the app without an account. Syncing, sharing and Musubi Cloud need you to sign in with Apple, LobeHub or email. Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for what happens under your account. You must be at least [AGE] to create one.
3. Shared ledgers
When you invite people to a ledger, every member can see and edit its records. Only invite people you trust with that information, and only add others' names and spending with their agreement.
Nyatabi records who paid and who owes whom. It doesn't move money. Repayments happen outside the app, between you and the other members.
4. Musubi's suggestions
Musubi reads receipts, bookings and messages and drafts expenses, splits, plans and answers. It can misread a receipt or misunderstand a sentence. Each draft is shown to you first, and nothing is saved until you confirm it, so please check amounts before you do.
Musubi's answers are not financial, tax, legal or travel-safety advice.
5. Pro and purchases
- Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription billed by Apple. It renews automatically until you cancel in iPhone Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Allowances for image scans and AI reset every 30 days on Pro, and daily for free scans. Unused allowance doesn't roll over.
- Scan packs are one-time purchases. Their credits don't expire, but are removed if you delete your account.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
If Pro ends, your ledgers stay usable; you just can't create or reopen more than the free number of your own ledgers.
6. Your content
Your ledgers, photos and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and transmit them only as needed to run Nyatabi for you and the people you share with, including sending them to AI providers when you use Musubi.
7. Fair use
Don't use Nyatabi to break the law, to harass people, to upload content you have no right to share, or to get around allowances, reverse-engineer the service or overload it.
8. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. Ledgers on your device stay on your device.
